A recipe that I make every day, simple which requires only a few ingredients.<\/p>\n

* Ingredients:<\/span><\/h2>\n

\u261e 500 g flour
\n\u261e 300 ml of semi-skimmed milk
\n\u261e 15 g baker’s yeast
\n\u261e 30g butter
\n\u261e 2 tbsp. powdered sugar
\n\u261e 1 C. teaspoon salt<\/p>\n

* Preparation:<\/span><\/h2>\n

1. Preheat the oven 180 \u00b0 C.
\n2. In two saucepans, heat the milk and butter slightly.
\n3. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar and salt.
\n4.Add the yeast to the lukewarm milk and let stand 15min.
\n5.Mix the melted butter and the milk with the flour using a spoon, then by hand.
\n6.Knead the dough for about ten minutes until it comes off your hand.\u00a0 Join\u00a0 a some\u00a0 flour.
\n7.Let it rise in a warm place, covered with a cloth for 1 hour to 1:30.
\n8. Take the dough again and divide it into about fifteen small balls to which you will give a slightly elongated shape.
\n9.Let rest for a few minutes then bake for 20 minutes in the oven.
