Make it a heartier meal by serving the chicken with rice, or keep it light and easy with a side salad. This dish is the perfect weeknight dinner that can be thrown together in just over 30 minutes. Enjoy!!!<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">INGREDIENTS<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li data-ingredient=\"\">8 pieces of chicken, bone in<\/li>\n<li data-ingredient=\"\">1 large onion, sliced<\/li>\n<li data-ingredient=\"\">4 tablespoons butter<\/li>\n<li data-ingredient=\"\">4 cloves garlic<\/li>\n<li data-ingredient=\"\">1\/4 cup brown sugar, packed<\/li>\n<li data-ingredient=\"\">1 tablespoon honey<\/li>\n<li data-ingredient=\"\">1\/2 teaspoon dried oregano<\/li>\n<li data-ingredient=\"\">1\/2 teaspoon dried thyme<\/li>\n<li data-ingredient=\"\">1\/2 teaspoon dried basil<\/li>\n<li data-ingredient=\"\">Salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div id=\"in-recipe\"><\/div>\n<h2 class=\"preparation\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">PREPARATION<\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 400 and lightly grease a 9&#215;13 baking dish.<\/li>\n<li>In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Season chicken with salt and pepper, and add to the skillet.<\/li>\n<li>Sear chicken pieces on both sides until golden brown, 1-2 minutes per side, then set chicken in prepared baking dish, along with onion slices.<\/li>\n<li>Melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter in the same skillet. Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add in brown sugar, honey, oregano, thyme, and basil and stir to combine.
