Today, I want to share the last and the best chicken recipe I\u2019ve made! This chicken parmigiana is from the top of the list! Seriously guys, it tastes great and the mixture of fresh cheese is killing it! Check it out.<\/p>\n

\nYou\u2019ll Need:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts pounded thin.
\nSalt and freshly ground black pepper.
\n2 cups of all purpose flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
\n4 large eggs, beaten with 2 tbsps of water and seasoned with salt and pepper.
\n2 cups of breadcrumbs.
\n1 cup of vegetable oil.
\nTomato sauce.
\n1 lb of thinly sliced fresh mozzarella.
\n\u00bc cup of freshly grated parmesan.<\/p>\n

How to:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

First, season the chicken with salt and pepper then dip each breast in the flour and remove the excess. Dip the chicken in the egg then coat in the breadcrumbs.
\nIn 2 large saut\u00e9 pans, divide the oil and heat over high heat then add 2 chicken breasts to each pan and cook until golden brown on both sides.
\nIt will take about 1 minute per side.
\nPlace the cooked chicken in a baking sheet and top with some tomato sauce, a bit of mozzarella, salt and pepper, and a tbsp of parmesan.
\nIn a preheated oven to 400\u00b0, bake the chicken for 5 to 7 minutes.
