1 lb. broccoli florets
\n1 lb. cauliflower florets
\n1 cup gluten free panko crumbs
\n\u00bc cup melted butter
\n1 tsp. thyme
\n1 tsp. oregano
\n1 tbsp. smoked paprika
\n\u00bd tsp. cayenne
\n1 tsp. black pepper
\n\u00bd lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
\n\u00bc lb. Camembert cheese, cubed<\/div>\n

INSTRUCTIONS<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

In a large pot of salted boiling water, blanch the broccoli and cauliflower for 3 min.
\nDrain and place immediately in ice water. Drain again and place on paper towels to dry.
\nIn a small bowl, add the panko crumbs, butter, thyme, oregano, paprika, cayenne and black pepper. Mix until well combined. Set aside.
\nPreheat oven to 450F. In a medium sized casserole dish (8\u00d711\u2033) sprayed with cooking spray, add the broccolli, cauliflower, Velveeta and Camembert. Top with the panko crumb mixture. Wrap with foil and bake for 15-20 min.
