They are good and sweet and did I mention good? Well, better than good. Outstanding! They truly taste like a pecan pie that has been made into a muffin. Now, these are more like dessert muffins and not so much like breakfast muffins. They are slightly dense and taste wonderful warm or at room temperature. Make them. Eat them. You won\u2019t regret you did!<\/p>\n

Ingredients :<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

1 cup of chopped pecans.
\n1 cup of firmly packed brown sugar.
\n\u00bd cup of flour.
\n2 large eggs.
\n\u00bd cup of melted butter.<\/p>\n

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0 and place foil-baking cups in muffin pans.<\/p>\n

In a large bowl, mix together the pecans, brown sugar and flour.<\/p>\n

Beat the eggs very well and mix in the butter. Pour the eggs over the dry ingredients and mix to combine.<\/p>\n

Spoon the batter into cups \u2154 full and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.<\/p>\n

Transfer to wire racks immediately after baking.
