Remedy to relieve knee pain
To prepare this remedy you will need:
-An egg yolk
-Two teaspoons of salt.
-An elastic bandage
Beat the yolk and then add the salt and mix well.
Mode of use:
-Lower a cotton with the mixture and place it on your sore knee, use the elastic bandage to hold the cotton.
– Leave the cotton for two hours on the knee and then you can remove it.
-Apply these compresses at least 4 times during the day.
